Jornada formativa sobre la regulación del tiempo de trabajo. Aspectos convencionales y jurisprudenciales

El Colegio Oficial de Graduados Sociales de Cádiz y Ceuta organiza una jornada formativa sobre el la regulación del tiempo de trabajo, el próximo miércoles 21 de junio a las 09:45 en la Confederación de Empresarios de Cádiz, sita en Avda. Marconi, 37 (Edf. Marifa) de Cádiz.

Durante la jornada,  se abordarán los siguientes temas:

  • Tiempo de Trabajo y Jornada. Regulación y tratamiento en la negociación colectiva.
  • Tiempo de trabajo y Negociación Colectiva.
  • El Registro Horario. Jurisprudencia del Tribunal Supremo y de la UE. Aplicación en la empresa.
