Perspectiva de Género y Prevención de Riesgos Laborales

Puede parecer que hoy en día la perspectiva de género es asumida e implantada por las empresas en todas sus fases de producción y en todo su sistema organizativo, pero las diferencias existentes a efectos laborales entre hombres y mujeres aun están presente.

Os dejo en este artículo una guía que se ha publicado gracias al trabajo de la Junta de Castilla y León junto con la mutua de accidentes de trabajo Ibermutuamur. Entre ambas han redactado este documento centrado sobre todo, en la evaluación de riesgos laborales y la planificación de la actividad preventiva en la empresa, sin olvidar que todos los  puestos de trabajo van a ser ocupados por mujeres.
