Hay una frase repetida en estos tiempos hasta la saciedad “la cosa está mal” o, palabras como “crisis”, “cambio”, “reformas”, ……

No podemos decir que estamos en un momento de cambio, sino en un momento en constante cambio. Tanto es así que se están transformando todas las esferas sociales, entre ellas el mercado laboral.
